Brand new, however customer ordered the wrong fridge. In transit it has unfortunately been scratched on some panels. The left side has some marks along with the top. There are also some very small marks on the right side hard to photograph, but please see all photos and descriptions. Otherwise the fridge is brand new never been used. If this is going under a cabinet, none of these marks will be visible.
